This complex is home to students, dogs, all service departments and the support staff that enable Leader Dog to enhance the lives of blind and visually impaired individuals from all over the world. Their goal is to be recognized as a full service resource center for individuals who are blind and visually impaired. Their vision is to become the most innovative and forward-thinking organization in the profession. With consistent support and expansion of their services, they are well on their way.

Eversight Michigan is a charitable, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of sight through transplantation, research, education and partnership. Eversight recovers, evaluates and provides human eye tissue for transplantation; supports research into the causes and cures of blinding eye conditions; promotes donation awareness through public and professional education; and provides humanitarian aid to people around the world in need of sight-restoring services.

The Lions of Michigan Service Foundation (Lions of Michigan Foundation) is a Public Charity that was created in the early 1980's to help Michigan Lions Clubs provide services in their communities. We are dedicated to the improvement of the quality of life of people in Michigan with unmet needs.

The Lions of Michigan Foundation works together with our Michigan Lions Clubs and other charities to deliver services aimed at helping people with sight and hearing deficiencies maintain their independence.

Lions Bear Lake Camp is owned and operated by Lions Visually Impaired Youth Camp, Inc., a Non Profit Corporation. The camp opened its doors in July, 2000. It is financially supported by Lions, Lioness and Leos throughout Michigan. They aspire to provide a premiere outdoor recreational/educational facility providing opportunities for people of special needs to enhance self-worth, attain independence, acquire social skills and realize their full potential as human beings. Bear Lake Camp is dedicated to working with the greater community and include them as a partner in addressing the needs of society. They provide an atmosphere that is wholesome, and encourages awareness and appreciation of the natural environment.
